At the Champagne shelf you can enjoy luxury seafood platters and champagne with the mountain's best views of Sälen’s entertainment, Winter Garden. "Shelf" is one of the mountain's most exclusive restaurants, and only serves champagne and fresh seafood. To ensure we can offer you the very best and freshest seafood available we require your booking at least four days in advance.
Champagne shelf is decorated with luxurious and comfortable sofas and suitable for parties of six to ten people. Open during the winter season. 

When we have music in the Winter Garden, you can also book the Champagne shelf for a drink-table.
