Welcome to our new concept on the slope below the hotel – Jack’s BBQ Shack, where we recreate an inviting atmosphere “à la Aspen”. The perfect place to gather for a hearty lunch or dinner in a warm, rustic, family setting. Much of our menu is prepared in our BBQ smoker, with the wonderful aroma wafting across the slope. When you need a break from all that skiing, we offer a tempting array of food, fantastic homemade cakes in the café, good coffee or warming liqueur coffees. This year we’re also opening a large terrace to create a huge “outdoor living room” – a place where you can enjoy food and drink in the fresh air, in winter and when the warm spring sun appears. Jack’s BBQ Shack is also a popular dining venue for large groups and conferences. You can book a delightful dinner with live music and views of the ski slope. Our recommended conference activity focuses on becoming a “Master of the BBQ”.

Jack’s BBQ Shack is open when the ski lifts are open. The restaurant can be booked for groups and conferences at other times during the winter season.
