Kids genuinely adore Sälen, where they have loads of activities to choose from while your family enjoys your alpine getaway.

What’s more, Högis’ mascot, Valle, performs kids’ shows, holds torchlight downhill ski parades, après-ski events, competitions on the slopes for kids and more! For our youngest guests, the chance to meet and get a warm hug from Valle is often the highlight of their stay.

We also recommend a visit to Experium at Lindvallen.

Experium is one of the Nordic region’s coolest adventure pools, with FlowRider® indoor surfing, water slides, waves, currents, water sprays and bubbles, all wrapped up in one big, exciting aquatic environment! 

Experium’s FlowRider® surf machine and X-tube water slide are the first of their kinds in Sweden. Combined with waves, currents and the Black Steel Hole water slide, they offer an adrenaline-filled experience for anyone with an adventurous spirit.

Experium also has shallow pools and a tiny water slide for our very youngest guests. The Skid & Badbussen ski bus will take you directly from Högis to Experium with no hassle.
