We believe strongly in promoting Sälen’s development by investing in local infrastructure and more accommodation. Encouraging people to move into the area, which will lead to better public and private services for new and existing residents, is also important.

We believe our role in supporting the Sälen community is to be an attractive employer in a unique environment. Our success in this area will help create long-term growth, with more job opportunities and more permanent residents.

Gammelgården Hotell & Restaurang, our sister hotel, is already open year-round, which helps create annual employment for locals. What’s more, Sälens Högfjällshotell is also working to become a fully-booked holiday destination all year long.
